Nothing exciting for me to report, not buying or building any new bikes so I will update my heart and lung activity for the last couple weeks.
Two weeks ago was a easy/recovery week these happen every three to four weeks. This time I just cut everything in half mileage wise so I got around a 100 miles on the singlespeed and a 5 mile run. This last week I was back to ab normal.
Sunday - MangoMon and I did a gravel grinder ride 40 miles.
Monday - 40.41 miles on the singlespeed.
