Nothing exciting for me to report, not buying or building any new bikes so I will update my heart and lung activity for the last couple weeks.
Two weeks ago was a easy/recovery week these happen every three to four weeks. This time I just cut everything in half mileage wise so I got around a 100 miles on the singlespeed and a 5 mile run. I have found this to be a lot easier than trying to do easy rides and pay attention to my intensity levels and duration, which I am a complete failure at...
This last week I was back to ab normal.
Sunday - MangoMon and I did a gravel grinder ride 40 miles.
Monday - 40.41 miles on the singlespeed.
Tuesday - There was a mis-communication nothing got done, a reason I don't do regular social exercise. (Now for the catch up)
Wednesday - 6 mile run and a hour on the singlespeed 18 miles.
Thursday - 15 mile ride a 4 mile run and a 25 mile singlespeed ride (brick).
Friday - Took a day off (back to back run days wore me down)
Saturday - 53.02 miles on the singlespeed.
Totals for the week 192 miles of singlespeed riding and 10 miles of running.
More good weather coming this week. See you on the dusty trail.
