Want To Buy Fixed hub

i started riding fixed gear on my 29er monocog due to an accident restricting the use of my rear braking hand. i currently have a tomicog (cog that is drilled and bolts to disc mount) but its not centered correctly and caused the chain to be way tight and way loose in the rotation. i am looking for a fixed hub wheel, no disc tab needed, and if nothing is available i may be interested in just a fixed hub too, but i would prefer a whole wheel.

PS im poor so nothing that expensive...i can trade my stock 07 monocog SS freewheel wheel too, its in good shape and true.
