After registering on the singlespeed-belguim site http://www.singlespeed-belgique.be they have given me some beer sampling suggestions.

"The best are the Trappist beers: Rochefort, Orval, Achel, Westmalle, Chimay, Westvleteren... They are 6 in Belgium. The trappist is the only beer that's still brewed by monks. They are produces in limited quantity. So they are more pricey than the other, but what a rich taste! "

If you know where to find any of these let me know. Time to fire up google and do some searching myself.

The Rochefort 8° are the best and the Orval. Orval it's amer beer but if the beer stay more than 6 month in the bottle, The Savors become more subtle and more flexible......very delicious. I remember 6 or 7 year ago the "Orval" was very difficult has to obtain because the brewery did not manage to follow the request, the monks thus increased their production. If nobody stop me I speak to the beer along the day and the night

But I return in my garden because there are the sun today and I'm on leave. It's soon 4 PM in Belgium
