I am doing the mohican 100 on a 26" SS and riding a 36/16 for most of the 12hr races in Michigan
What gearing recommendations for the Mohican 100

I have never ridden the Mohican its on my to do list.

That is....

a ton of gear. Mohican is very difficult to gear for as it has sustained flats, long grinders and short, steep climbs. I ran a 33x18x29 and walked some climbs and spun out on the flats.

How many laps did you get at Pando or Hanson with that gear?

I raced with my wife Kathy at

I raced with my wife Kathy at hanson hills and we got 13 laps both on SS with 36x16 26"
and at pando we got 27 laps a couple years ago.
