Nice Townie/Commuter bike for sale

I'm selling my beautiful lugged steel vintage black Schwinn World Tour framed fixed gear bicycle used for a commuter bike only a handful of times last fall. Would make a very nice townie/commuter bike for someone. Standover height of frame is ~32". Build consists of:

• Blue Weinmann deep v rims with flip flop hub (http://www.amazon.com/BLACK-WEINMANN-DEEP-V-WHEELS-WHEELSET/dp/B001F36WUS)
• Blue powder coated single speed chain to match rims
• Kenda white wall 700x38 tires
• Sugino Mighty Tour 170mm crankset w/48T chainring
• Surly 16T fixed gear cog
• Tektro aero brake levers
• Tektro long reach caliper brakes
• bottom bracket, seatpost, quill stem, headset, pursuit bars wrapped in black cork tape

All parts with the exception of the frame were new when I built this up last summer. Pedals and seat not included. Also needs new brake cable for rear brake as it was removed. $300 and it's yours.
